Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

I understand this is a legal document relating to my participation in yoga classes or workshops with Kim Trimmer or InsideOut Yoga

By signing this document, I am waiving any/all legal rights I may have against the teacher of these classes. 

I have voluntarily agreed to participate in these classes. 

I hereby agree to the following: 

1. That I am participating in online prerecorded and live yoga class, workshop or private session offered by Kim Trimmer, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, self understanding and care, health and wellbeing. I understand that these classes and sessions are low risk physical activity.

2. I understand that because this is an online program which I am attending independently, I am fully responsible for my body, environment, choices and ability to follow verbal and demonstrated instructions designed to prevent any injury.

3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the classes, workshops or private sessions. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the yoga classes, workshops or private sessions.

4. In agreeing to participate in yoga classes, workshops or private sessions I agree to:

        a. work at my own pace, not strain, and rest when necessary

        b. abstain from any activity that feels inappropriate

        c. inform the teacher through private message or email if I am pregnant or have any preexisting condition(s)

        d. follow the teacher’s instruction regarding modifications for my specific condition(s)

        e. communicate to the teacher if I experience pain during any yoga classes, private sessions or workshops

        f. accept all responsibility for my well being while participating in a yoga class, private session or workshop

5. If I do communicate any pre-existing conditions to the teacher, I agree to follow any specific directions or modifications given regarding my condition.

6. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release and waive any and all claims that I have (or may have hereafter) against by Kim Trimmer, InsideOut Yoga or the studio, its teachers, staff, agents, employees, successors and assignees for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. 

I hereby affirm: I am 19 years of age or older. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
