If you could confidently navigate the hormonal shifts, sleep disruption, brain fog, or emotional ups and downs of menopause, would you give yourself that opportunity—or would you keep…

  • Finding yourself in a Catch-22 where exhaustion, irritability, or anxiety make it hard to make supportive choices—yet those very choices are what would help you feel better?

  • Piecing together scattered advice from the internet, friends, or outdated info, hoping for consistent relief—but rarely finding it?

  • Holding back from the activities, relationships, or goals that once felt easy, afraid that your body or mind just can’t handle it anymore?

  • Telling yourself, “This is just how it is now” or hearing, “That’s normal for your age,” as if that means there’s nothing you can do. (My least favorite phrase from a medical professional, by the way.)

  • Staying stuck in a loop of doing less, unsure when to push through and when to rest, feeling increasingly disconnected from your own body and unsure of what it’s trying to tell you?

POSITIVE ENCOURAGMENT, WISDOM, AND LAUGHTER

Kim is the best. As long as Kim is your instructor you are in good hands. Kim gives positive correction, lots of encouragement, usually a pearl of wisdom, and let’s not forget the laughter. Kim is a blessing to me.

About your guide . .  .

Kim Trimmer has been teaching yoga since 1998, guiding students with compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for the individuality of each body and journey. Her approach is grounded, inclusive, and centered on helping women feel safe, supported, and at home in themselves — especially during the transitional phases of life.

Kim’s teaching is deeply informed by her studies in Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. Her knowledge of this ancient healing tradition, particularly its relevance to perimenopause and postmenopause, brings an added layer of wisdom to her offerings. She integrates Ayurvedic principles into her retreats, classes, and personal practices, always with a spirit of curiosity and care.

At the heart of Kim’s work is a simple but profound goal: to help women reconnect with themselves — body, mind, and spirit — and rediscover the strength, softness, and balance that already live within.
